We are sorry to say that it's not possible to come and visit us. We attend farmers markets in Essex and Suffolk, take a look at our calender to find out where we'll be. We'd love to meet you!
Plants may look different from the photos depending on a number of factors:
The time of day the photos were taken
The lighting conditions
The watering schedule
The time of year
PC monitor, tablet or smartphone brightness/resolution.
Succulent plants can change colour rapidly depending on how much light and water they receive, as well as the ambient temperature they are kept in. That's part of the allure of growing as a hobbyist!
If you feel you have been sent the wrong plant, please message us with photos and we'll check it out for you. Occasionally we do make mistakes and if that's the case, we'll send you out the correct plant.
We propagate many varieties at our micro nursery in Clacton. In addition to this, we import the newest varieties from our trusted suppliers around the world. This ensures our customers always have a large range to choose from.
All of our stock is cared for every day by Emma and Ray. Online orders are picked and inspected at the time of packing.
Absolutely! We've often got a lot of stock that's not listed for sale and anything we haven't got we can probably source. Just pop us a message and we'll sort something out.
Succulents travel much better when they're dry. It lessens the risk of rot to the stem or leaves and lowers the rate of etiolation (stretching out to seek light, leading to disfiguration). Remember, succulents are designed to withstand long periods without water. Your plant will be just fine after a little drink.
The listing will state clearly whether you are purchasing the plant pictured or one of a variety where we have more than one.
Sometimes, a leaf or two might fall off during packing and transit. This won't affect the health of the plant and is no cause for alarm! We won't refund or discount a plant that has lost a few leaves, however if your plant is significantly damaged, crushed or rotted please get in touch right away with photos of the damage. We will find a solution for you as soon as possible.
Certainly! If you've changed your mind or aren't 100% happy with your purchase you can return your plant for a full refund of the purchase price.
You are responsible for return postage costs.
Please ensure that you carefully wrap the plant and post in a sturdy box so that it arrives in good condition. Your refund depends on it! Once the plant has been inspected, you'll be refunded.
Sometimes! Just pop us a message and we'll see what we can do.
Sometimes! These succulents can be majorly expensive sometimes and we'll often try to accommodate everyone's budget. Ask away and we'll see what we can do.
Yes! Please familiarise yourself with your country's import regulations and ensure you have the required documentation in place. Phyto certificates issued by the UK government can be purchased from my store.
NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: It's strongly recommended that you purchase a phytosanitary certificate to avoid the risk of seizure and destruction of your order at Customs. Orders placed without a phyto will not be refunded if the parcel is seized by Customs.
